Denny Smith’s “Investing Sense” live from New Home Tour
Posted by: | CommentsStop by Home #6 by Estridge Companies between noon and 3 p.m. this Saturday, April 25, to meet Denny Smith as he broadcasts his popular WIBC radio program “Investing Sense” live from the New Home Tour. Show information and online tickets are at www.IndyNewHomeTour.com.
With more than 35 years as a businessman in the Indianapolis area, Denny Smith has the experience and background to be the one who guides WIBC listeners with their financial questions.
Denny, who operates The Mutual Fund Store in Indianapolis, is a graduate of Speedway High School and Marion College. He is a Registered Investment Advisor who has also earned the designations of CRPC (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) and CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor) from the College of Financial Planning.
Before opening his investment business, Denny owned and operated a well-known local plumbing company. He also directed the multi-state plumbing operations of a national mechanical firm. He has always been in the business of business and finance, and for many years he has been a speaker and instructor nationwide for both business and investing.
Take your time and tour the New Home Tour at The Village of WestClay
Posted by: | CommentsHad a good time yesterday meeting all the folks who came out to see the gorgeous homes on the New Home Tour at The Village of WestClay in Carmel. One thing that seemed to surprise folks was that you do not need to tour all nine homes in one day – your ticket is good for one visit to each home but can be used over multiple days.
The show runs through May 3 with weekday hours from 4 to 9 p.m. and weekend hours from Noon to 6 p.m.
Other tips – the homes are located throughout the Village – some close enough to each other to walk to but in general you’ll be driving from spot to spot.
Also, you can tour in any order. My recommendation is to tour backwards from 9 down to 1.
And when you stop by the Meeting House ticket center, see what special Village businesses are offering. Chappies had a free ice cream with purchase this weekend – yum!
PS – Had to chuckle when one mom said her young daughter begged to go to the tour – maybe a future architect or designer?!
